Originally produced in 1980, the Barbour Bedale is a short, lightweight wax jacket originally designed with equestrian practicalities in mind.

Today the Bedale is a popular classic. Made in a relaxed fit with mediumweight 6oz waxed cotton and fully interactive with optional zip-in liners and hood allowing for year-round wear. Featuring rear vents, essential Nylon inner ‘drip-strip’, two large bellows pockets, two moleskin-lined handwarmer pockets, a traditional corduroy collar with studs for a hidden through throat flap, a brass two-way ring pull, and zip, and studded ‘Stormfly’ front.
